JotForm - EngageBay Integration Setup Instructions

Go to your EngageBay account open Account Settings > Integrations > Other tab. There you can see the option to enable the JotForm integration

Enter your JotForm API key and save the integration. You can find the API key on your JotForm account at Settings > API. Ensure that the API key should have full access permission to set the webhooks.

Click on the Field Mapping icon and select one of the forms from the list and map the JotForm fields with EngageBay fields.

Filter your submissions from the contacts list page by applying a filter with condition Source is JotForms.
