Steps To Install & Uninstall Zoom from your EngageBay Account

How to install Zoom in EngageBay

Login to your EngageBay account and follow the navigation steps below to enable Zoom:

Click on Profile drop down (top right) Preferences Gadgets.

Once you click on 'Gadgets', you can locate the Zoom integration gadget and click on the 'Enable' button. You will be redirected to Zoom and asked for the login credentials. It will also show you the required permissions. Once the details are submitted, you will be redirected back to EngageBay.

Uninstalling the EngageBay CRM Add-on

1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the EngageBay CRM app.

3. Click the EngageBay CRM app.

4. Click Uninstall.

How it works

Once you enable Zoom integration with your EngageBay account, if any appointments scheduled using EngageBay calendar URL (You can find the Calenar URL from "Appointments" section under "Sales" module 3 dots dropdown) creates a new meeting in your Zoom account and adds the meeting URL in the confirmation email.

Also it creates a contact in EngageBay and you can find the meeting details in your contacts timeline

About the EngageBay - Zoom Integration

Integrate Zoom with EngageBay to create a meeting in your Zoom account while creating appointments in EngageBay.
